This notice explains how this website handles enquiries for Nestora Co-Living, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Enquiry forms

Resident forms ask for your name, room preferences, stay duration, preferred visit date and optional questions. Partnership forms ask for your contact details and proposed partnership or property information. The website does not store these form entries in a database or accept payments.

WhatsApp enquiries

Choosing “Continue on WhatsApp” opens a prefilled message for you to review. Sending it shares your details with Nestora through WhatsApp. Nestora uses the information to respond to your enquiry, coordinate visits and discuss accommodation or partnerships. WhatsApp handles information under its own privacy policy. Do not include payment details, identification documents or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.

Maps, photos & external links

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. The location map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Google Maps links open Google's service, and phone links open your calling app. External services have their own privacy practices. Prime, Elite and Haven photos were sourced from Nestora’s uploads on the linked Google Maps listings. Midtown photographs were sourced from the Nestora Midtown property listing on Magicbricks, found through Google search.

Cookies & measurement

Optional Google Ads measurement is off until you choose “Allow measurement”. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. If allowed, Google receives technical visit and enquiry-action information to help measure advertising. An enquiry action means that you chose to open WhatsApp; it does not prove a message was sent, a room was booked or a lead was qualified. The site does not send your name, contact number, enquiry text or form answers to Google Ads. Choose “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Hosting and external services may process technical connection information to deliver their services. See Google’s privacy policy.
