What is the starting rent?+
Listed rents start at ₹6,500/month for five sharing at Midtown and four sharing at Haven. Compare each property's sharing and price table above. Prime’s three-sharing rent is ₹9,500/month.
Which properties and sharing options are available?+
Prime offers 1, 2, 3 and 4 sharing. Elite offers 3 and 4 sharing. Midtown offers 2, 3, 4 and 5 sharing. Haven Unisex offers 2, 3 and 4 sharing. These are room options, not live availability; our team confirms open beds.
Are all properties unisex?+
Nestora Haven welcomes both boys and girls. Nestora Prime, Elite and Midtown are for men only.
Are electricity, meals and deposits included?+
Breakfast and dinner are available as an optional ₹3,000/month food subscription, separate from rent. Electricity is excluded at all properties. The deposit is half a month’s room rent for a one-month stay and one month’s room rent for longer stays. The notice period is 30 days. Confirm electricity billing and deposit settlement before booking.
Can I visit before deciding?+
Yes. Select your property and sharing option, then use the visit form to open a WhatsApp message with your preferred date. Your visit is confirmed only when the Nestora team replies.
